Are there any additional fees for subscriptions?
Of course not! However, it is important to note that credit cards or payment methods from different countries may be subject to different rates of fees or taxes depending on the location of the payment, which is beyond our control.
Can I cancel the service at any time after I have subscribed?
Of course you can. If you feel that we are not yet able to meet your needs and decide not to use the service, you can click the Cancel button in the Member's Back Office - Settings - Fees and Plans and we will cancel your membership at the end of the plan cycle.
How long is the contract cycle for a subscription plan?
All the subscription plans on the website are 30 days, that is, we will count 30 days from the day of your purchase and charge you for the renewal of your subscription on the 29th day, provided that you have renewed your subscription.
How is the fee calculated after the upgrade plan?
It will be different! You will be billed for the upgrade plan again at that time and will be extended for the unused days of your old plan. For example, if you upgrade your plan on the 15th day of the month, the system will start charging you for the new plan on the 15th day of the month, and will extend the unused days of the old plan as compensation. When compensating for the extension, the base period of a plan is calculated based on 30 days to increase or decrease.
How are the fees calculated after the downgrade plan?
It will be different! However, after you select a downgrade plan, the plan will not be activated immediately, so the charges will be automatically adjusted to you on your next weekly billing day and your plan will be effective on the next day of billing.
